Tele Radio’s holding company, Allgon Group, released earlier this year their annual & sustainability report for 2023. In this report all activities to maximize a positive impact on the environment, social context, and optimizing operations are outlined.
Sustainable practices are a key driving force for the organization. Thus, being able to measure these successes is an integral part of the sustainability practices policy the company has. Based on the Agenda 2030, a set of goals such as transitioning to sustainable materials, investing in renewable energy, and ensuring health and safety of employees are all part of the integrated approach Tele Radio Group has taken to achieve its goals.
These standards have also been corroborated with the renewal of the ISO Certification 14001 for environmental management systems in Tele Radio’s HQ at Gothenburg, Sweden.
Ola Samelius, President and CEO of Tele Radio, said “sustainable practices are and the front and center of our organization, it’s an ongoing process where we always reevaluate our current practices to the highest standards.” Regarding the significance of the ISO Certification he continued, “we believe ISO standards serve as a baseline for the quality of our practices everyone in the organization strives to achieve.”
