According to the European Parliament, a lot still needs to be done to achieve a fully circular economy in Europe by 2050. The pile of electronic waste, also known as e-waste, is growing. We use massively more electrical appliances and replace them frequently, because modern products can hardly be repaired.
Tele Radio, expert in the field of radio remote control, is aware of the contribution that must be made to a future-proof world. Sustainable products and reduction of the environmental impact have our attention.
We offer our customers the opportunity to have products repaired and act, as it were, as a kind of ‘repair café.’
Highly repairable radio remote control systems
Tele Radio’s systems are robust and can certainly take a beating. Because we keep many parts in stock, even very old transmitters can be repaired in almost all cases. As a result, our products have a considerably longer lifespan. We offer our customers the opportunity to have products repaired and act, as it were, as a kind of ‘repair café.’ Our goals are the same as those of a repair café: Reducing the pile of waste, maintaining knowledge about repair and investing in good relationships. The customer is central to us.
The urge to make electronics repairable,
in the fight against the pile of waste,
is growing stronger.
Make electronics repairable
The urge to make electronics repairable, in the fight against the pile of waste, is growing stronger. The European Commission is working on measures to make products more sustainable. With this, the EU tries to encourage manufacturers to produce their products cleaner, to make them repairable and to extend the minimum warranty period.
Tele Radio is certified according to the ISO 14001 standard
Producer of radio remote control systems for the industry, Tele Radio is an organization that cares about the environment and likes to contribute to an optimal living environment. Tele Radio is therefore certified according to the ISO 14001 standard.
